This self-paced Olympic Weightlifting Technique programme takes the guess work out of your training so that you can just focus on the gains. Meant to be completed in a gym or with a barbell set up at home this programme requires some basic Olympic Weightlifting knowledge. Request a check-in with one of our coaches any time. *The V.2 Program follows the V.1 Program. If you haven't completed V.1, we encourage you to begin there.
